Every child born in the village could tell you the same thing that the woods have always been a dangerous place. But now darkness is spreading, different from the one they have always known. What was once a small area of condensed trees has now since escalated into a fully grown forest. One that is merciless and could only bring about destruction, all who entered were brought upon their untimely end. And with this nightmare came a disease, one that would take many lives, and change many others. Not only is the forest changing but those people who are left have been gifted with strange powers to help them survive the rabid and mutated beasts that roam the forest’s floor.
The Idols who guide the village know something unnatural is happening within the forest, that black magic is being used to spread this strange disease through the trees. It is suspected that one of the Idols is the problem, yet no one dare say it aloud. Quietly a group of “guardians” have begun to gather together so that they will be able to stand against the black magic user and their followers.
A war is about to break out, even more death is about to follow. Where will you stand on the battlefield? On the dark side? With the Guardians? Or are you a mere by stander caught in the middle, destined to be lost in the battle?
